Non-existent customer service

Inquired about getting "pre-authorized" for a return and have never heard back. Ordered as a Christmas gift, noticed after the fact, that returns need to occur 7 days from purchase date. Sort of disqualified if ordering anything in a timely manner for Christmas. Not to mention a re-stocking fee for a shirt? for a shirt?? Who does this?
Order at your own risk of throwing $ away as customer service
does not reply back. Lousy company.
