Nice product. Not so nice customer service and shipping

Took 18 days to receive order from Vegas. Could have driven from Va there and back and picked it up myself in less time. When order was delivered it was wrong size. Sent 2 emails about status of order. Was never emailed back. All in all a very poor experience.
